What we provide

Equipment
At Mountain Horizons we firmly believe in providing only the best equipment on all of our courses. We provide all technical equipment for clients on any mountain course including: Petzl hemets and harnesses Ropes, slings, karabiners and all other hardwear Petzl/Charlet Moser Ice axes and crampons Rock climbing shoes Maps, compasses, GPS Petzl L.E.D Headtorches Tents and thermarests Stoves and all cooking equipment Rucsacs Walking boots 2-3 season Goretex 'Paclite' waterproofs North Face Fleece Jackets Fleece hats and gloves

Full use of our equipment is included in our prices - we have no hidden charges unlike other companies.

Accommodation
Where stated we include full board accommodation including packed lunches during the day. Many of our Lake District based courses are based in our camping barn which sleeps 16 located only 2 miles from Keswick.

Transport
We provide in-course transport where required using our VW Shuttle and Land Rover Defender which are insured for carrying passengers who are on our courses.

Photo CD
As part of all our courses we provide a free photo cd with digital images to all clients. It is very difficult to take photos of yourself when climbing so leave it to our instuctors!
