The Birthplace of Rock Climbing The English Lake District has an abundance of valley and mountain crags which are easily accessible and offer excellent climbing opportunities for both beginners and the more advanced climber. We run a wide range of rock climbing courses for all abilities throughout the year from a one day taster session to in-depth highly structured five day courses. We use a number of different areas within the Lake District including Borrowdale, Langdale, Buttermere, Glenridding and on occasion Eskdale. These areas have a number of excellent mountain and valley crags that we use to run our courses. Whatever level you are at with rock climbing we are confident we have exactly the right course for you.
