| The Lake District and Borrowdale in particular offers a wealth of fantastic locations for learning to rock climb and generally the locations we use are no more than 30 minutes from the road. The range of crags that we use give us superb climbing on volcanic rock and they are ideally suited for beginners enabling them to learn a wide range of skills and techniques. Our weekend courses are well ideal for those looking for a good introduction to this very popular sport. During any of our our courses we put a large emphasis on safety as rock climbing does have inherent risks. |  |

Whats Included: We provide all equipment including rock climbing shoes, harnesses and helmets. Any in- course transport is also provided. A fully qualified MIA or MIC will be running the weekend. |
