Rock Climbing ' Beginners Taster Day' - The Lake District |

This day not only introduces you to the thrills of rock climbing where you will find yourself very early on in the day climbing around at height on a rockface but additionally you will learn about the safety required to help make this exciting sport accident free. It is surprising how many things you will learn in only one day including rock climbing techniques, how to tie knots, how to belay, climbing communication, aseiling and many more. We provide you with everything you need for the day including excellent rock climbing shoes and top of the range equipment. Your instructor/s are MIA/MIC qualified who provide a wealth of experience. Our maximum ratio on the day is 1:4 We have 8 places available on each course. |
